Terms & Conditions

Equipment must be to manufacturer specifications to start the Comfort Club Membership. This membership is not valid on any oil systems or boilers. Ask our team for pricing. It is the customers obligation to ensure unit is accessible for service. This plan is for maintenance, offering discount on parts and installs. This plan is in effect for regular service hours, 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday. We will make every attempt to meet your needs. This contract is transferable to the new homeowners if paid in full. You must sign an agreement for monthly ACH debit transactions or pay in full. This membership is a one-year commitment. Your membership will automatically renew one year after your contract date. To stop the auto renewal, your must cancel within 30 days of the renewal date. Confirmed missed appointments are subject to a $50 return fee. Terms & conditions are subject to change.
